Compliance & CSR

Vestire Fashion Limited Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program oversees and administers stringent supplier certifications, proprietary audits, and surprise monitoring activities.

Furthermore, our program provides human resource services, encompassing coaching and mentoring initiatives.

All production suppliers associated with Vestire Fashion Limited are required to acquire and sustain VFL Corporate Certifications. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, along with our commitment to the United Nations Global Compact’s 10 Guiding Principles, guarantees that every aspect of our network is dedicated to promoting and safeguarding ethical human rights.

No Child Labour

VFL does not accept child labor and actively works to combat it. Our employees never work at night or in hazardous conditions.

Freedom to Form Unions

Employees are entitled to join or establish trade unions. Representatives of the workforce are permitted to perform their duties within the workplace without facing any discrimination.

A Fair Wages and Benefits Policy

Compensation and benefits for a typical workweeks must comply with either national legal requirements or industry standards, depending on which is higher. Salaries should consistently be adequate to cover essential needs and allow for discretionary spending.

No Harsh or Inhumane Treatment

The use of physical abuse or discipline, the threat of physical abuse, sexual or other harassment and verbal abuse, or any form of intimidation is strictly prohibited.

Active Care for Health and Safety

All workers are entitled to work in environments where risks to their health and safety are properly controlled. Under health and safety law, the primary responsibility for this is down to employers.
